Travel & Accommodation
Travel and accommodation expenses are to be borne by the participants only.
Participants have to arrange on their own for accommodation and travel.
However, limited accommodation will be provided for outstation delegates on payment basis.
Accommodation is depending on the availability in the IITH Guest House and delegates are required to indicate the same in advance before 15-12-2025, confirmation to be sent by 10-12-2025.
The accommodation will be made at IITH Guest House based in First-in-First serve basis.
Participants have to mention in the registration form whether they require accommodation or not.
